Southern Tradition - Ministry Update
As many of you may know due to health issues, our original Lead Singer Terry Reynolds, was not able to sing with us throughout 2025. In every one of our concerts, you joined us as we have lifted him up in prayer. We also know that many of you continue to pray for him on a daily basis. As 2025 began it was clear that we needed to find someone to fill-in for Terry on a permanent temporary basis until he was able to re-join us, so that we could continue ministering as God opened the doors of opportunity.
In June, we welcomed Greg Eaker to step in as a fill-in for Terry. Greg did a great job learning lyrics & parts. He also immediately developed a great rapport with all of us. Greg ministered with us in all of our 2025 concert dates.
In late 2025, after much prayer, Terry offered his resignation after it was clear that the circumstances would not allow him to return to the quartet. We continue to visit him and pray for him. We encourage all to continue to pray for him also.
With this update, Greg Eaker has accepted the opportunity to continue on with Southern Tradition as our new lead singer. You can read about Greg on our bio page.
Making it easier to do Ministry
In July of 2022, we were able to purchase a small trailer to store and transport our equipment, making it much easier to load in and load out. We are Thankful for the Blessings of God that made this happen!
April 24th, 2022 - Southern Tradition sings at Arnold United Baptist in Arnold Mo.
Just a short trip down the road, Southern Tradition joined the fine folks at Bill’s home church, Arnold United Baptist, for Sunday Morning Worship Service. We had a number of friend and family join us too which made it an extra special event. Stay tuned for some video clips of the concert.

Southern Tradition
makes their debut appearance
On Saturday night February 12th, our good friends The Redemptions, were in concert at St. Charles General Baptist Church. Southern Tradition was privileged to sing a couple of songs during the intermission. It was good to venture out of “the basement” and into a church setting. Thanks to Kevin Womble for dialing in our mix in on the fly, and to the fine folks at St . Charles General Baptist for the kind words and warm reception.
